1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

You must request the refund within 30 days of receiving your order

The request must be for your first purchase of a product

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email receipt)

You may be asked to return the unused portion of the product

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping if required.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

4. Exchanges & Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
